The Public Calls of Film Centre of Montenegro are intended for co-financing the production of cinematographic works in different categories: script development, project development, feature films, short films, feature documentaries, short documentaries, animated films, work in progress films and minority co-productions.
Who has the right to take part?
The legal entities registered in the relevant registry of business entities in Montenegro for performing cinematographic activities, whose main activity is the production of cinematographic works which fulfill the conditions defined by the competition, comply with the Rules on co-financing the production of cinematographic works, meet appropriate requirements for authorship within the meaning of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, as well as conditions for absence of conflict of interest have the right to participate in the competition for co-financing the production of cinematographic works.

Registration of users and submission of applications for competitions is done via the Centre’s website.
Access to applications is possible only after a successfully created user account.
Once registered, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the successfully created user account.
The account will be activated within 48 hours, during the working hours of the Centre.
