This year, Montenegro is attending the European Film Market (EFM) within the Berlin Film Festival, which, due to the pandemic, is once again being presented online. At its virtual EFM stand, the Film Center of Montenegro will present the current Montenegrin cinematography to numerous European film professionals, exhibitors, and accredited visitors to the market’s online platform.
The Centre will offer information on the current Montenegrin productions and co-productions, festivals, film locations, industry contacts and benefits related to filming in Montenegro. EFM has once again enabled online participation in numerous webinars, presentations, lectures, online meetings with current and potential partners, to network and establish new collaborations.
Two catalogs will be available at the Film Centre’s virtual EFM stand: “Montenegrin Cinema 2022“, which offers an overview of current film production in Montenegro, and “Film Destination Montenegro” which includes a wide display of various film locations, filming facilities, contacts of film professionals, production companies, with all the necessary service information. Special attention is dedicated to “Film in Montenegro” program that promotes Montenegro internationally as a film-friendly destination.
